Kaizen Strategic AI Inc. grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
permission to use an unmodified, lawfully obtained copy of the Dispro toolkit
for personal or commercial audio-plugin development, and to make the copies
necessary for that use, installation and backup. Dispro remains proprietary.

Except for the separate Generated Output Licence and rights that cannot be
restricted by applicable law, you may not modify, redistribute, sublicense,
sell or rebrand the first-party toolkit, its reusable builder/runtime, skill
instructions, documentation or branding. No trademark rights are granted.
Free use of Dispro does not grant others a right to distribute Dispro itself.

The template material included in audio plugins generated with Dispro is
covered by OUTPUT-LICENSE.txt. You may modify, distribute and sell those
plugins under that licence. This toolkit licence does not claim ownership
of your independently authored code, audio or other materials.

Separately identified third-party components retain their own licences.
The bundled LV2 core header and LV2-COPYING remain under the original ISC
licence; this licence does not restrict or replace those rights or notices.

THE TOOLKIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
BY APPLICABLE LAW, KAIZEN STRATEGIC AI INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING
FROM ITS USE. No support, update, compatibility or release-approval guarantee
