1. Covered material
This licence covers first-party template material supplied by Dispro for
inclusion in generated audio plugins: the reference gain.c source, generated
project and LV2 metadata, modifications of that material, and compiled forms
of that material. These are "Output Material". It also covers that material
when obtained by extracting the reference template for your audio plugin.

2. Your audio plugins
Kaizen Strategic AI Inc. grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual,
royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, compile and incorporate Output
Material into audio plugins, and to distribute, sell and sublicense those
audio plugins and their source or binaries. This includes commercial and
closed-source plugins, without royalties, revenue limits or a requirement
to disclose your source. Recipients may use, modify and redistribute the
covered Output Material under this same licence. Keep this notice with
source distributions and in the documentation or licence notices accompanying
binary distributions. You may choose your own terms for your original work,
provided those terms do not remove these rights in the covered material.

3. Toolkit remains separate
This grant does not cover Dispro's reusable builder/runtime, CLI/MCP server,
validation or packaging tools, skill instructions, toolkit documentation or
branding. It does not permit modifying or redistributing the Dispro toolkit
or using its trademarks. A generated audio plugin is not the Dispro toolkit
merely because it contains the Output Material covered above.

4. Your work and upstream rights
You retain your existing rights in independently authored code, audio and
other materials. This licence grants only rights Kaizen controls. Separately
identified third-party material retains its own licence and notice duties;
for the LV2 core header, preserve the original ISC notices and LV2-COPYING.
No rights in JUCE, AAX, ASIO or other unbundled SDKs are granted.

5. No warranty
OUTPUT MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
BY APPLICABLE LAW, KAIZEN STRATEGIC AI INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING
FROM ITS USE. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully
be excluded. This licence does not certify your plugin's compatibility,
safety, signatures or readiness for release.
