Pull the lows inward and open the highs outward—or reverse the balance with one continuous control.
Fold shapes stereo width across frequency. Add resonant body and selectable flavours, sculpt the low end, and customize its appearance.

Shape the width
Turn clockwise to narrow low-frequency stereo content and widen the highs. Turn counterclockwise to reverse the contour. Return to the centre for a neutral main control.
Add body and colour
Tune a resonant Body stage, choose a Flavour, and use Low Cut and Output Trim to shape the result.
Make it yours
Choose a finish, replace the chassis and knob artwork, and import or export an appearance pack. Your look stays separate from your audio settings.
Hear the contour
Same phrase. Different space.
Put on headphones. Switch between the same original stereo synth phrase with Fold centred, clockwise and counterclockwise. Listen to where the low chords and upper notes sit.

Hear the main Fold control on its own, with the other effects switched off. Examples are loudness-matched for a fair comparison.
See your left and right channels come alive, with light that follows the sound.
Move through neutral into either width contour. Choose your finish and artwork separately from your sound.
Where should I use Fold?
Start with a stereo track, bus or effects return. The main control reshapes the differences already present between left and right, so the result depends on your source. It does not create stereo width from identical left and right channels.
What does the central display show?
The final left and right output spectra, arranged around the centre. The central Hz control adjusts Low Cut. The degrees above the main knob show Fold position; they are not a measurement of audio phase rotation.
