Dispro privacy.
This notice describes Dispro 0.1.0-rc.5 from Kaizen Strategic AI Inc., operating as Kaizen DSP. It supplements the Kaizen DSP privacy policy for this workflow.
The local package
Dispro's bundled scripts make no network requests and include no telemetry, sign-in, advertising, payment flow or credential storage. They do not automatically send your source, audio or build results to Kaizen.
In the dedicated directory you select, the runner writes the reference source, build snapshots, binaries, archives and receipts. Receipts include project/run identifiers, timestamps, operating system and architecture, Python version, compiler flags, file hashes, exit codes and check results. Raw compiler output is not saved; the receipt records its size and hash.
Persistence and deletion
There is no automatic expiry or remote deletion service for local artifacts. They remain on your device until you remove them. After stopping a job, you can delete its dedicated workspace using your operating system. Copies in backups or files you shared elsewhere must be handled separately.
The optional local MCP server keeps job status in memory during its session and saves run receipts in the workspace. Stopping the server does not delete those receipts or built files.
ChatGPT, Codex and other hosts
A host processes the prompts and files you give it. When connected to the optional local tools, it also receives requested tool results, such as project identifiers and receipts. A file is not private from the host if you attach it or request that its contents be shared in the conversation.
Host accounts, conversations, retention, training settings and deletion controls are governed by that provider's policies and your settings. Dispro does not change them. A web or mobile plugin does not by itself grant access to your local computer.
Website visits and support
These pages use the existing Kaizen DSP website infrastructure and shared site features. Hosting, cookie preferences and optional analytics are separate from the offline package and follow the Kaizen DSP privacy policy.
If the site's existing chat is enabled and you use it, your message and recent chat history may be sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Separate operational records may include a protected IP hash, browser user-agent, referrer host, response status and count metadata. The website also uses Internet Protocol addresses in server memory for chat rate limiting. Hosting and service-provider records follow their applicable retention practices; this notice does not promise a fixed chat-deletion interval. These website records are not telemetry from Dispro's local scripts. Do not enter confidential project material or credentials in the website chat.
If you contact support, you provide your email, message and any diagnostics you choose to include. Those records follow the existing policy's support, service-provider sharing, retention and privacy-request provisions. This release adds no separate Dispro customer database or automatic diagnostic upload.
For questions or requests about information you supplied to Kaizen, contact support@kaizendsp.com. For host-held conversations or local files, use the relevant host or device controls. Do not send secrets or third-party customer material with a request.
