Free use of the proprietary toolkit

The Dispro Toolkit Free-Use Licence 1.0 permits personal or commercial use of an unmodified, lawfully obtained copy, with necessary installation, use and backup copies. It does not grant permission to modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell or rebrand Dispro's builder, runtime, skill instructions, documentation or branding, except where applicable law or a separate licence provides rights.

Your generated audio plugins

Under the Dispro Generated Output Licence 1.0, you may modify the supplied template and generated metadata, compile them, and distribute, sell and sublicense your resulting audio plugins and their source or binaries. This includes closed-source commercial plugins, with no royalty, revenue limit or requirement to disclose your source. Keep the output licence notice with distributed source and in the documentation or licence notices accompanying binaries.

You retain your existing rights in independently authored code, audio and other materials. This output permission covers first-party template material embedded in generated plugins; it does not license the reusable Dispro builder or branding for redistribution.

The separately identified LV2 core header retains its original ISC licence and notices. Dispro's terms do not override upstream rights or grant rights to other people's material. JUCE, AAX and ASIO SDKs are not included.

What this candidate does

Dispro supplies a development skill and fixed mono LV2 gain recipe. Local compilation and validation need an available authorized runtime and compiler. The included example was tested offline on macOS arm64; Linux is unverified and native Windows builds are unsupported.

It does not promise compatibility with every DAW, format or operating system, or provide signing, notarization, marketplace acceptance or publication. You remain responsible for reviewing code and licences and validating the exact artifacts you choose to release.

Host services and warranty

Your ChatGPT, Codex or other host account remains subject to its provider's terms and settings. A host subscription or API charge is separate from this free Dispro release. Dispro does not provision accounts, obtain credentials or grant local machine access through a web or mobile plugin.

The toolkit and output material are provided “as is”, without warranties, and liability is excluded to the extent allowed by applicable law, as stated in the linked licences. No service-level, update, compatibility or release-approval guarantee is provided. Nothing removes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
